Returns Policy
At Patiolandia! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your items within 30 days (Mon-Sat) of receipt for a full refund. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding our return process.
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. The product condition should be unused and new.
Return method: by mail
Customers do not have to pay for defective products or wrong products sent by us.
Customers have to pay the actual cost of return shipping when the customers purchased wrong products, it does not fit or they no longer want the item.
Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days (Mon-Sat) from the date you received your order.
Conditions: The customer has the right to return any item in one of the following cases:
The product arrives damaged and unusable by the seller. Receiving a product that does not match the pictures and specifications listed by the seller.
Products not eligible for return: A product that matches the specifications stated on the website and has no manufacturing defect. A product that has been used by the buyer in a way that leads to changing its specifications or damaging it partially or completely. In addition, any product from which the serial number has been removed.
Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Package Your Return: Include the item(s) and the original packing slip in a secure package. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Shipping Returns: You must return to PATIOLANDIA LLC, 1150 Ravendale Drive, Charlotte North Carolina 28216, United States.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not charge Restocking fees.
Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Processing Your Return
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions of our return policy.
Refund: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days (Mon-Sat) for the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

You have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value happens due to the return transit of the goods.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

order cut-off time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat) for processing. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take additional time.
Business Days: Our processing and shipping days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

We offer weight based shipping. Shipping cost depends on the total weight of purchased products. Weight based shipping details are given below:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
For Damaged Packages: Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
For Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer service department. We’ll work with you and the carrier to locate your package.
Order cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@patiolandia.com or call us at +1 (704) 401-9444. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Change of address
If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@patiolandia.com or call us on +1 (704) 401-9444. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back for future updates regarding this option.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee order modifications after processing.
